What is the shelf life of the Bak Kwa?
As all our Bak Kwa are vacuum-sealed for maximum freshness, they can last for 6 months. However, it is always best to have them as early as you can!
Does the Bak Kwa contain any allergens?
We understand the importance of transparency when it comes to allergens. Our Bak Kwa contain fish and is manufactured in a facility that processes nuts.
Does the Bak Kwa contain any dairy?
All our products are dairy-free.
Are there any preservatives used in the Bak Kwa?
Our Bak Kwa is free from MSG, preservatives, and additives.
Why do you vacuum pack the Bak Kwa?
As our Bak Kwa do not contain any preservatives nor additives, we vacuum seal each and every piece of Bak Kwa to maximise freshness!
This also means that you can keep them longer, preferably in a cool and dry place, for more than 6 months. Every piece of vacuum-sealed Bak Kwa has an expiration date printed on the packaging.
Delivery
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery fee is S$10 for every order.
However, for all orders above S$100, delivery is free!
Can I request for my order to be delivered at a specific time?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to any specific time requests at the moment.
However, if you do need it at a narrower time range, we can deliver in a 2-hour time frame between 9am - 6pm, please write in to hello@enonline.sg with your order number. Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate your request, it is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
What happens if I'm not available when the delivery arrives?
Unfortunately, we are not able to promise an exact arrival time.
If the recipient is not present at the delivery address, the order will be left outside the door with picture proof. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the selected date.
If no one is present to receive the order,it will be left outside the door. However, will not be responsible or liable for any claims, damages, losses or costs resulting from the above situation.
Are there any restricted areas for delivery?
We deliver to most locations in Singapore except for some restricted areas. This includes, but not limited to:
- all offshore islands belonging to the Republic of Singapore,
- Turf Club Avenue,
- Jurong Island,
- Tuas,
- PSA Ports,
- army camps,
- shipyards,
- airlines and cargo areas such as Airline Road, Airport Cargo Road, Alps Avenue, and Airport Boulevard,
- checkpoints, and
- construction areas.
Deliveries to these restricted areas will incur an additional charge.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, kindly notify us via email at hello@enonline.sg with your order number.
There is a mistake with my order. What should I do?
Kindly email us at hello@enonline.sg with your order number and a photo of the incorrect order you received. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Do you allow for any customisation?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any customisation as of now.
